  • d. (1) The employer shall develop, implement, and maintain at the workplace, a written hazard communication program for formaldehyde exposures in the workplace, which at a minimum describes how the requirements specified in this rule for labels and other forms of warning and safety data sheets, and R 325.51473 for employee information and training, will be met.

    (2) Employers in multi-employer workplaces shall comply with the requirements of Occupational Health  Standard  Part  430  “Hazard  Communication,”  as  referenced  in R 325.51451a.
