A licensee or registrant shall conduct a quarterly physical inventory to account for all sources of radiation received or possessed by him. The records of the inventories shall be maintained for inspection by the department and shall include the

quantities and kinds of radioactive material, the location of all sources of radiation, the date of the inventory, and the signature or initials of the individual certifying the accuracy of the inventory.

[Note: The requirements of this rule that pertain to radiation machine registration, licensing, or compliance are under the purview of the Michigan Department of Consumer & Industry Services.]
