All mammographic examinations shall be performed by a radiologic technologist who meets the general requirements, mammography requirements, continuing education requirements, and continuing experience requirements of 21 C.F.R. 900.12 (a) (2), “Radiologic technologists” (2000), with the exception of 21 C.F.R. 900.12 (a) (2) (i) (A).
