A mammography facility shall comply with 21 C.F.R. 900.12 (c), “Medical records and mammography reports” (2000), except that the reference to retention of records in 21 C.F.R. 900.12 (c) (4) (i) is changed from “not less than 5 years” to “not less than 7 years” in accordance with MCL 333.20175.
