(1) An employer shall supply fresh air in sufficient quantities to maintain the health and safety of employees. Where natural means of fresh air supply is inadequate, the employer shall provide mechanical ventilation.
(2) When heaters are used in confined spaces, the employer shall ensure sufficient ventilation for proper combustion, maintaining the health and safety of employees, and limiting temperature rise in the area.
