Section 325.77105f. Notification of monitoring.

f. (1) An employer shall, within 15 working days after the receipt of the results of any monitoring performed under these rules, notify each affected employee of monitoring results, either individually in writing or by posting the results in an appropriate location that is accessible to employees.

(2) If the PELs are exceeded, then the written notification required by this rule shall contain the corrective action being taken by the employer to reduce the employee exposure to or below the PELs or shall refer to a document which is available to the employee and which states the corrective actions to be taken.
