Section 330.1269. Available services.

(1) A hospital shall provide for the services of a sufficient number of appropriately qualified mental health professionals and supporting staff to develop and carry out the program plan. These shall include all of the following:
(a) Educators.
(b) Occupational, music, recreational, or physical therapists.
(c) ) Registered nurses.
(d) Psychiatrists and other physicians.
(e) ) Psychologists.
(f) ) Social workers.
(g) Vocational counselors.
(h) Mental health counselors.
(2) The administrator of a hospital which has a separate, formal program for adolescents or children, or both, shall insure that the fundamental needs of the patients are met and shall provide for the services of a sufficient number of appropriately qualified mental health professionals and support staff as necessary to develop and carry out the program plan. These shall include all of the following:
(a) ) Child care workers.
(b) Educators.
(c) ) Mental health counselors.
(d) Occupational, music, recreational, or physical therapists.
(e) ) Psychiatrists and other physicians.
(f) ) Psychologists.
(g) Registered nurses.
(h) Social workers.
(i) Speech, hearing, and language specialists.
(j) Vocational counselors.
