(1) The provisions of 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart EEEEEE, are adopted by reference in R 336.1902. The owner or operator of a facility subject to the provisions of “National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Primary Copper Smelting Area Sources,” 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart EEEEEE, shall comply with those provisions.

(2) For purposes of this rule, the terms "administrator" and "EPA" as used in 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart EEEEEE mean the department.
