(1) The provisions of 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart SSSSSS, are adopted by reference in R 336.1902. The owner or operator of a facility subject to the provisions of “National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Glass Manufacturing Area Sources,” 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart SSSSSS, shall comply with those provisions.

(2) For purposes of this rule, the terms "administrator" and "EPA" as used in 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart SSSSSS mean the department.
