a. Unless specifically excepted or unless listed in another schedule, any material, compound, mixture, or preparation which contains any quantity of dronabinol (synthetic) in sesame oil and encapsulated in a soft gelatin capsule in a United States food and drug administration approved drug product and that has a hallucinogenic effect on the nervous system, including its salts, isomers, and salts of isomers when the existence of these salts, isomers, and salts of isomers is possible within the specific chemical designation, is included in schedule 3.
