(1) The terms defined in the Forbes mechanical contractors act, 1984 PA 192, MCL 338.971 to 338.988, have the same meaning when used in these rules.

(2) “Act” means 1984 PA 192, MCL 338.971 to 338.988 and known as the Forbes mechanical contractors act when used in these rules.
