Section 338.925. Investigation of applicants.

(1) The character, experience, and fitness of the applicants shall also be taken into consideration. The board and department may investigate any applicant, or application filed, and approve or disapprove the same.

(2) Upon the acceptance, or rejection, of an application the department shall immediately notify the applicant at the address given in the application. If an application is rejected, the examination fee shall not be refunded.
