Section 339.22645. Approval of prelicensure courses; expiration date.

(1) Approval of prelicensure courses issued by the department to a real estate school shall expire on June 30 of the year in which all real estate licenses expire.

(2) A proprietary real estate school licensed under 1943 PA 148 shall comply with the act to maintain approval of the real estate school under this rule.
