The material participation of any other individual in preparing the report shall be acknowledged in the report as required by the uniform standards of professional appraisal practice regardless of the licensure status of the other individual. The signature of a state-licensed, a certified residential, or a certified general appraiser as a supervisory or co-signing appraiser shall not be used to mask the preparation of a report by an individual who is not authorized to sign the report.
