The superintendent of the local or intermediate school district is ultimately responsible for the selection of personality tests to be used in the district. This responsibility shall be deemed to be met fully if the superintendent acts in accordance with a consultation with an individual meeting the minimum qualifications prescribed in R 340.1105.
