  • An intermediate school district, a local school district, or a public school academy operating a program under these rules shall submit to the superintendent of public instruction, at the close of the fiscal year, an itemized report of the actual cost of operating the program, including the cost of transportation, on forms provided  for that purpose.  Reported actual costs for purposes  of   reimbursement  shall   include only  those that  are reasonable and appropriate as determined   by   the   superintendent of  public instruction.
