Section 37.18. Appeals from order of commission.

Any party claiming to be aggrieved by a final order of the commission or the department, including without limitation a refusal to issue a charge, may appeal to the circuit court of the state of Michigan having jurisdiction provided by law within 30 days of the date of service of an appealable order.
