Section 38.1128. Post-retirement employment.

A retirant may, after 1 month immediately following his or her retirement allowance effective date, become employed in a reporting unit or with the state of Michigan in a position which is covered by Act No. 240 of the Public Acts of 1943, as amended, being S38.1 et seq. of the Michigan Compiled Laws, and earn as much as is permitted by the act.
