  • Upon motion made by a party or upon the administrative law judge's own initiative, the administrative law judge may order redundant, immaterial, impertinent, scandalous, or indecent matter stricken from pleadings. The administrative law judge may order evidence which is objected to and which would not be admitted by the administrative law judge stricken from pleadings.
