  • A  camp  shall  report   a  change  in,  or  cancellation  of,  as applicable, any of the following to the department before the change or cancellation:

    (a)   Ownership.

    (b)   Location.

    (c)   Dates of operation.

    (d)  Time of operation.

    (e)   Cancellation of a camping session.
