(1) This part applies to campsites used by campers in adult foster care camps and children's residential camps and children's day camps that have private water or sewer systems or prepare meals for campers.
(2) All residential campsites shall have an environmental health inspection completed on an annual basis by the local health authority unless greater frequency is indicated by the health authority.
