Section 400.11317. Swimming beaches and pools.

(1) A camp shall ensure that the water and beach area of a natural swimming area is free from contamination by commercial, industrial, domestic, and agricultural pollution, garbage, refuse, and hazardous foreign or floating materials.
(2) A camp shall ensure that an artificial swimming pool is constructed and maintained in accordance with sections 12521 to 12534 of Act No. 368 of the Public Acts of 1978, as amended, being §§333.12521 to 333.12534 of the Michigan
Compiled Laws, and the rules promulgated under sections 12521 to 12534 of Act No. 368 of the Public Acts of 1978.
