  • An agency shall have and follow written policies and  procedures for all of the following:

    (a)   Financial stability.

    (b)   Facilities.

    (c)   Required staff.

    (d)  Staff qualifications.

    (e)   Staff responsibilities.

    (f)  Job descriptions.

    (g)   Orientation and training.

    (h)   Grievance handling.

    (i)   Privacy safeguards.

    (j)   Personnel records.

    (k)   Record Management.

    (l)   Compliance with 1975 PA 238, MCL 621.
