The county department shall document that staff providing direct services to children, or supervising staff who provide direct services to children, for which service costs are reimbursed from the state child care fund meet the standards set forth in R 400.4116, R 400.4117, R 400.4118, R 400.4119, R 400.4120, R 400.4121, R 400.6124,

R 400.6126, R 400.6128, R 400.6131, and R 400.6132.
