(1) Instructional swim shall be conducted under the supervision of a qualified water safety instructor (WSI), in an organization such as the YMCA or YWCA, and where instructional swim is part of the organized program.

(2) The ratio of caregivers to children under R 400.8182(3) shall be maintained. The instructor shall not be included in the ratio.
