Section 408.10152. Blotters.

A blotter shall be used between a flange and the abrasive wheel. The blotter shall cover the entire contact area of the flange.Exceptions:
(a) Mounted, cone, and plug wheels.
(b) Abrasive discs--inserted nut, inserted washer, and projecting stud type.
(c) Plate mounted wheels.
(d) Cylinders, cups, or segmented wheels that are chuck mounted.
(e) Type 27 and 28 depressed center wheels.
(f) ) Cutting-off wheels.
(g) Internal wheels not more than 2 inches in diameter.
(h) Type 4 tapered wheels.
(i) Diamond and Borzon type wheels.
(j) Terrazzo wheels.
(k) Type 27A cutting-off wheels.
