(1) Above ground piping, station outlet, and section valves shall be identified as to contents by color or name, or both, as prescribed in ASME A13.1 “Identification of Piping Systems,” 1956 edition, as adopted in R 408.11202.

(2) A cylinder manifold shall be installed under the supervision of an individual experienced in the proper practices with reference to its installation and use.
