An employer shall equip each tractor having a ROPS with a seat belt which meets the requirements of the standard, SAE J4C “Motor Vehicle Seat Belt Assemblies,” 1965 edition, as adopted by reference in R 408.42202, except as noted in R 408.12252 (2) and (3).
