(1) Handlever-operated presses shall be equipped with a spring latch on the operating lever to prevent premature or accidental tripping.

(2) The operating levers on handtripped presses having more than 1 operating station shall be interlocked to prevent the tripping of the press except by the concurrent use of all levers.
