(1) Machinery and equipment shall be provided with a minimum of 15 footcandles light intensity to fall upon the general area. When natural light is insufficient, artificial light shall be provided. Direct or reflected glare and shadows, including moving shadows, should be avoided.

(2) A manually operated valve or switch for power forging equipment shall be identified as to function and accessible to the operator.
