(1) Flammable liquids shall be stored in an approved safety container equipped with an automatic closing cap and flame arrester.

(2) Equipment shall be stopped while being refueled, serviced or maintained. Restarting of portable equipment such as a chain saw shall be accomplished not less than 10 feet (3.05 M) from the refueling point.

(3) Smoking shall be prohibited while refueling.
