The board may at any time upon its motion or initiative, or upon written suggestion of an interested person setting forth reasonable grounds therefor, amend or revoke any of the rules contained herein, pursuant to the administrative procedures act, Act No. 306 of the Public Acts of 1969, as amended, being S24.201 et seq. of the Michigan Compiled Laws.
