Section 408.22225. Action on defective variance application.

(1) If an application filed pursuant to these rules is defective by not conforming to the applicable requirements, a department shall promptly return the application to the applicant with a brief statement indicating the reason for its return.

(2) The return of an application because it is defective shall be without prejudice to the filing of another application.
