All boiler installations shall be made pursuant to the American society of mechanical engineers boiler code, and pursuant to R 408.4025 and R 408.4027. Any deviation from these requirements shall be considered incompetence on behalf of the licensee and is cause for suspension or revocation of the boiler installer's license.
