Section 408.4167. Penalty for operation of unsafe boilers.

If, upon inspection, a boiler is found to be in such a condition that it is unsafe to operate, the inspection certificate shall be suspended pursuant to section 20(4) of the act. A person, firm, partnership, or corporation causing such a boiler to be operated shall be subject to the penalty prescribed in section 24 of the act.
