Inspection and testing of pressure relief devices shall be conducted pursuant to the NBIC. The manual lift test addressed in the NBIC part 2, paragraph 2.5.7 (e) may

be used instead of the pressure test required by NBIC part 2, paragraph 2.5.7 (a) through (d).
