Section 408.4711. Safe discharge from blowdown system.

A safe point of discharge from a blowdown system shall protect personnel and property from the injurious effects of the discharge and shall not exceed 140 degrees Fahrenheit at the outlet of the blowdown vessel. All safe points of discharge shall be in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing discharges.
