Rule 59a. Section 8.6.1.7.2 of the ASME A17.1 code is amended to read as follows:

8.6.1.7.2. An approved paper tag with the applicable code requirement or requirements and date or dates performed, and the name of the person or firm performing the test, shall be installed in the machine room or machine space for all periodic tests.
