Section 445.211. Effectiveness of first filings.

(1) A franchise  offering  which  becomes  effective  between January 13, 1975, and June 30, 1975, shall be registered, unless the administrator approves a different period of registration, for period determined according to the following schedule:

A through H           15 months from the effective date of

registration or exemptions I through P 14 months from the effective date of

registration or exemptions Q through Z 13 months from the effective date of

registration or exemptions

(2) This rule shall not be of force and effect on  or  after    October 1, 1976.
