Section 445.701. Registration order as condition to commencing activities; expiration of registration; effective date of renewal registration.

A franchise agent pursuant to this part shall receive a registration order from the administrator prior to commencing those activities which constitute that person to be a franchise agent. Registrations expire on March 31, following effectiveness, unless otherwise ordered by the administrator. A renewal registration is effective on the date prescribed by the administrator by order.
