A franchise agent pursuant to this part may apply for renewal of its registration by filing with the administrator a complete list of franchise agents pursuant to part 6 employed, including therewith current home and business addresses and telephone numbers, a report of activities in the form designated by the

administrator, and a statement of financial condition prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
