Within 7 days after an agent for a franchise agent terminates his employment or is terminated, notice of termination shall be filed by the franchise agent on a form prescribed by the administrator, setting forth fully the reasons for termination. If an agent is terminated for cause, including a violation of the act or rules, the notice shall set forth the cause of termination.
