  • The files and reports required by statute to be available for inspection shall  be available  during normal  business   hours   at   the

    carrier's principal place of business or at such time and place as directed by the commission. The carrier shall notify the commission of its current business office address and the  name  of  a   designated representative for the purpose of receiving notices and other  submissions from the commission.
