Section 460.2321. Retention of records.

All records that are required to be made or maintained pursuant to these rules shall be preserved by the utility for a period of time specified in R 460.2501 et seq. of the Michigan Administrative Code. If a time period is not specified in these rules or in R 460.2501 et seq.,

records shall be preserved by the utility for not less than 1 year after the records are completed.
