Section 460.2518. Permits; retention periods.

Rule 18. The following permit records shall be retained for the periods listed:
(a) ) Permits and granted applications for the use of facilities of others.
6 years after expiration or cancellation.
(b) Copies of permits and applications granted others for the use of the utility’s facilities.
(c) Applications for the use of facilities not granted and copies of such applications.
6 years after expiration or cancellation. Destroy at option.
(d) Permits of a temporary nature from municipalities or others to perform specific work, such as permits to open streets.
Destroy at option.
