Rule 39. The following contracts and other agreements that relate to utility plant shall be retained for the periods listed:

(a) ) Contracts relating to the acquisition or sale of plant.

6 years after plant is retired.

(b) Contracts and other agreements that relate to services performed in connection with the construction of utility plant, including contracts for the construction of plant by others for the utility and contracts for supervision and engineering relating to construction work.

6 years after plant is retired.
