Section 460.2547. Customer guarantee deposit records; retention periods.

Rule 47. The following customer guarantee deposit records shall be retained for the periods listed:
(a) ) Customer deposit ledgers or card records.
6 years after refund.
(b) Customer deposit certificate books. 6 years after refund.
(c) ) Receipts for refunded customer deposits.
(d) Receipts for interest on customer deposits.
