Rule 51. The following revenue summaries shall be retained for the periods listed:

(a) ) Summaries of monthly operating revenues according to classes of service for the entire utility.

6 years.

(b) Summaries of monthly operating revenues according to classes of service by towns, districts, or regions, including summaries of forfeited discounts and penalties.

6 years.
