Rule 66. The following records of sales of scrap and materials and supplies shall be retained for the periods listed:
(a) Authorizations for the sale of scrap and materials and supplies.
3 years.
(b) Contracts for the sale of scrap and materials and supplies.
3 years.
(c) ) Memoranda pertaining to the sale of scrap and materials and supplies.
Destroy at option.
