Section 460.604. Prohibited practices.

(1) An electric provider shall not charge an applicant or customer- generator any fee or charge or require additional equipment, insurance, or any other requirement not specifically authorized by the interconnection standards in Part 2 of these rules or under the net metering standards in Part 3 of these rules,  unless   the fee, charge or  other requirement would apply to other similarly situated  customers who are not customer- generators.

(2) An electric provider or alternative electric supplier shall provide to net metering customers electric service at nondiscriminatory rates that are identical, with respect to rate structure, retail rate components and any monthly charges, to the rates that the net metering customer would be charged if the net metering customer were not participating in  the net  metering program.
